Hello,
My name is Yifat. I am happily married and a mother of two remarkable boys. From a young age, my mother recognized nature’s healing power, which became a natural part of my life.
I felt joyful playing in our front yard, watering the fruit trees, and nourishing the soil. Running in our neighborhood and dancing also brought me happiness. These early experiences shaped my holistic approach to health, nourishing both the physical and emotional dimensions of well-being.
For over 20 years, I have embraced a holistic practice dedicated to alleviating back pain, joint aches, headaches, and various imbalances disrupting our energetic and emotional harmony. Through integrative massage, bodywork, and energy pathways, I aim to restore balance, ensure open flow, and enhance mobility.
Currently, I practice Qigong through group classes and hold one-on-one energy medicine sessions on Zoom, integrating self-massage and mindfulness practices to redirect energy, open blockages, and boost the immune system. I also offer in-person essential touch massage, supporting those with inflammatory conditions, headaches, tension, and pain, transforming stress into vital energy.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported countless individuals through body aches and emotional imbalances, aiding significant life transitions. My therapeutic approach includes personalized techniques like PNF stretching, Pediatric Tui Na, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Acupressure, complemented by Qigong exercises to enhance digestion, sleep quality, and address chronic issues like arthritis and back pain.
As a Bach Flower Essences Registered Practitioner, I extend emotional rebalancing as a vital component of soul therapy, fostering harmony, self-awareness, and growth.

Personal Note
We learn from life experiences, peeling back layers within. A good baseline of self-care, faith, proper nutrition, sunlight, fresh air, warmth, touch, mindful movement, ample sleep, and grounding enhances our creativity, supports our balance, and increases our energy. The relationship we have with ourselves reflects in our relationships with others and our ability to stay present and connected. Daily practice impacts the dear people in our lives.
I am grateful for the people surrounding me and nature’s supportive energy. I stay active physically and mentally, allowing quiet time to slow down, rest, and balance my mind and body. Finding the right balance and becoming confident within ourselves is crucial on our journey. This practice transforms emotions and nourishes creativity.
In challenging times, we can always return to our breath, our home within, and become fully present. Expressing ourselves and having faith is crucial. Small steps can improve our lives. Addressing emotions helps tap into the root of issues, bringing ease, acceptance, and a useful perspective.
I extend my gratitude to all the dedicated souls who have supported people on this journey.
“Health is our heritage, our right,” from the original writings of Dr. Edward Bach.
Many blessings of love, joy, happiness, and prosperity,
Yifat
Gratitude
I work with professionals, caregivers, and anyone who values involvement in their health journey. My professional path began with an inner vision shared with Anat Agam, who supported and encouraged me to trust my intuition, leading me to pursue Massage Therapy. My exposure to Chinese medicine through Moshe Heller, L.Ac., opened the gate to my higher calling in the energy and bodywork field, and back then, the insights from Yael Shapiro, L.Ac., were invaluable.
I am deeply grateful for Rachel Shemesh’s guidance and faith in my work, viewing it from a bird’s-eye perspective, which has always inspired me to serve others gracefully. I also thank Smadar Taub, who taught me Yemima’s consciousness awareness and much more, continuing and deepening my mother’s way. This study I continue with Edite Shlev, for which I am grateful as well.
I am deeply grateful for all the dear people, teachers, friends, and family who have supported me. Special thanks to my Qigong teacher and women’s connection with Daisy Lee, whose friendship, teaching, and insights have supported my true nature, adding and deepening the female aspect of the practice, and to Rebecca McLean for her wise presence and the beautiful self-care circle presented in a graceful way. To Anat Agam for friendship, presence, support, and ongoing Zen practice. To my first Qigong teacher, Lee Holden, who provided the foundation, and Dr. Roger Jahnke for his classic teachings and integration of order that make self-massage and my work with people whole.
I am especially thankful to my husband, Sharon, for his unwavering support, and to our beloved boys, Daniel and Sivan. My dear, loving parents, siblings, and meaningful friendships have also been a tremendous source of support. I extend my gratitude to my clients and students for their trust and dedication. I am thankful for nature’s supportive energy and the opportunity to be in service, creating conditions for change, growth, and fulfillment. Most importantly, I cherish the joy and presence of this moment.
