2. Private class. 1:1. Talk & qigong with guided acupressure sessions, that helped many people to manage anxiety, to heal from seasonal colds, and more conditions.
The intention of these practices is to create ways for emotional and physiological balance and wellbeing, to recognize our stressors as a reminder of the value of mind-body practice, to increase goodness and to remember that we are always supported by the universe.
