Hi, my name is Yifat. I am happily married and a mother of two beautiful children.
I love, enjoy and am dedicated to working with people of all ages.
I feel grateful and supported by dear people.
My biggest interest is human condition and behavior and it led me to a fulfilling profession.
I witness the change that happens when people engage with their life journey and remember self care.
This kind of work provided me with a channel to offer services that can help to bring the mind - body - soul & spirit back to balance and harmony. The treatments are synchronized to the individual’s unique needs.

I am learning from life experiences, peeling and discovering layers within, with the dear people who surround me and with a constant connection within. I like to stay active physically and mentally and allow quiet time to rest my mind and body. Finding the right balance for ourselves and becoming confident within ourselves are all important in our journey.
I enjoy working and serving children and adults. I believe in a strong power and in our inner spark to shift our own being when we are mindful with our inner self.
Sometimes we go through rough times and challenges, we can always come back to our breath work, our home inside and from this point we can be fully present. It is always important to express ourselves and have faith. We can make improvements in our lives. it starts with our consciousness and faith. Small steps can be made in a second.
A good baseline of self care, faith, proper nutrition, sunlight, warmth, touch, movement, ample sleep, and grounding will enhance our creativity, support our balance, and increase our energy. The relationship with ourselves will reflect the relationships we have in our lives and the ability to stay present and connected.
